摘要
观察老鹳草滴眼液治疗兔实验性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效。兔双眼角膜接种单纯疱疹Ⅰ型病毒后 ,给予老鹳草滴眼液滴眼治疗 ,观察角膜病变 ,并作光镜检查角膜组织病理改变。老鹳草治疗组角膜溃疡范围较溶剂对照组明显缩小 (P <0 0 1)。病理形态学表明老鹳草滴眼液具有减轻角膜病理损害 ,保护易感细胞的作用。老鹳草滴眼液治疗兔实验性单纯疱疹性角膜炎有明显疗效。
To observe the therapeutic effects of laoguancao eye drops on experimental HSV keratitis.Methods:After HSV I was innoculated on the cornea of rabbits,laoguancao eye drops were dripped into the rabbits'eyes.Then pathologic changes of the cornea were observed with light microscopy.Results:The cornea ulcer areas of the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group ( P <0 01).Pathological examination showed that laoguancao eye drops alleviated the cornea damage due to HSV I and protected the susceptible cornea cells.Conclusion:Topical use of laoguancao eye drops can produce marked antiviral effects on inhibiting the development of experimental herpetic keratitis in rabbits.
