摘要
目的 :研究棉毛橐吾药用部位的化学成分。方法 :硅胶 ,Rp18,SephadexLH 2 0柱色谱分离 ,NMR ,MS ,IR ,UV等鉴定结构。结果 :分离到 6个化合物 ,对羟基苯乙酮 ;8α hydroxy 7(11) eremophilen 12 ,8β olide ;伞形花内酯 ;顺芷酸 ;6 β hydroxy 7(11) eremophilen 12 ,8α olide ;β 胡萝卜苷 ;1个混和物 β 谷甾醇及豆甾醇。 结论 :均为首次从该植物中获得。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Ligularia vellerea .Method:The compounds were isolated by column chromatography, and the structures were identified by NMR spectral data and other methods.Result and Conclusion:Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 4 hydroxyacetophenone, 8α hydroxy 7(11) eremophilen 12,8β olide, umbelliferone, tiglic acid, 6β hydroxy 7(11) eremophilen 12,8α olide,daucosterin,β sitosterol and stigmasterol.All the compounds were isolated for the first time from this plant.
