摘要
根据在稀盐酸介质中 ,碘酸钾可与As 发生氧化还原反应生成I2 ,I2 与荧光试剂吡咯红Y作用 ,使其荧光猝灭 ,提出了一种新的测定痕量As 的荧光分析法。该方法的线性范围为 2 4.0~ 2 48μg L ,检出限为 14.1μg L ,方法用于自来水、尿液、血清及合成样中痕量As 的测定 。
A simple and selective fluorimetric method is proposed for the determination of As?. The method is based on the fluorescence quenching of pyronineY by the reaction product (I 2) of potassium iodate and As? in hydrochloric acid solution.The detection limit for As? is 14.1 μg/L, the linear range of the determination is 24.0~248 μg/L. The method has been used to determine As? in tap water,urine,serum and synthetic sample with satisfactory results
