摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法对食用花卉菊花、芙蓉花、金银花中的锌含量及其 7种初级形态进行了测定 ,得出了微量元素 Zn的提取率、残留率和浸留比等形态分析参数 ,发现芙蓉花中 Zn更易被溶解出来 ,发挥其功效作用。回收实验结果表明 :方法的回收率在 95 .1%— 97.5 %之间 ,RSD在 2 .7%— 4 .5 %之间 。
Seven primary speciation of zinc in three kinds of edible flowers:chrysanthemum,cottonrose hibiscus and honeysucker have been studied by atomic absorption spectrometry.And the speciation parameters of zinc such as extractive rate ,remain rate,residue rate and immerseresidue ratio,etc in the samples were calculated.Zinc in cottonrose hibiscus was more easily extracted compared with that in other flowers.The recovery for the method is in range of 95.1%-97.5% and RSD is in the range of 2.7%_4.5%.
