摘要 本文研究了在弱酸介质中、活化剂邻菲罗啉存在下 ,铁催化过氧化氢还原次甲基蓝使其褪色这一指示反应及其动力学条件 ,并测定了反应的动力学参数 ,据此建立了高灵敏地测定痕量铁的新方法。该方法线性范围为 0— 0 .6μg/ 2 5 m L ,检出限为 4 .6× 10 -9g· m L-1。方法简便 ,分析费用低 。 A kinetic spectrophotometric method for determination of trace iron(Ⅲ) was established.It was based on the discoloring reaction of hydrogen peroxide(H\-2O\-2) with reduced methylene blue catalyzed by Fe(Ⅲ) in the presence of HAc\|NaAc solution with phen as an activation.The limit of detection is 4.6×10 -9 g/mL.The linear range of determination in the range of is 0_0.6μg/25mL.The optimum reaction conditions and the kinetic parameters were determined.The method has been applied to the determination of iron in water samples with satisfactory results.
