摘要
利用 GC/MS分析了超临界 CO2 萃取茼蒿籽油的成分组成 ,共检出 32种成分。茼蒿籽油主要由亚油酸 (含量 68.32 % )、棕榈酸 ( 1 0 .80 % )、油酸( 6.39% )和长碳链脂肪酸组成 ;茼蒿籽油还含甾类 ( 4 .76% )和丰富的维生素 E( 3.9mg/g) ;
The lipid components of chrysanthemum L seed oil extracted by supercritical carbon dioxide(SCD) were determined by GC/MS analysis. The resutls showed that the oil was composed of 32 ingredients. The major fatty acids were lioleic acid (68.32%), palmitic acid(10.80%) and oleic acid(6.39%). The content of tocopherol was rich and up to 390 mg/100 g oil. The physical and chemical properties of chrysanthemum L seed oil were also studied.
