摘要
建立了密封恒温消解样品 ,测定化学需氧量 ( CODCr)的分光光度法。应用正交试验法确定了密封恒温法消解试样的最佳条件 ,此方法有机物的氧化率为 98.33%~ 99.5 0 %。 CODCr值在 0~ 80 0 mg/m L范围内符合比耳定律。样品测定的相对标准偏差为 0 .39% ( n=1 2 ) ,加标回收率为 97.5 0 %~ 99.5 6%。用该法测得的
A spectrophotometric method was developed for determination of COD Cr in sewage samples with sealed chamber digestion at constant temperature. The optimum determination conditions were established. The proportion of oxidation for organic compounds is ≥98.33%. Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range of 0~800 mg/L COD Cr . Recoveries of standard addition are ≥97 57% with RSD=0 39%( n =12).The results are consistent with those by classical method.
