摘要
黄河龙羊峡水库下闸蓄水并投入运用后,使径流分配发生了较大的变化,对下游的防凌和河道泥沙冲淤产生较大影响。作者从水库调节水量对凌汛的影响,控制上游水量和下游防凌的关系,水库发电与防凌的矛盾以及下游分凌存在的问题等方面分析了凌汛期进行统一水量调度的必要性,阐述了龙羊峡、刘家峡、三门峡水库进行联合调度的原则和运用方式。
Operation of Longyangxia reservoir on the upper Huanghe River has changed the tempcral distribution of river runoff of the lower reaches of the river which affects greatly the ice-flood prevention work and sedimentation process in that reaches. Based on the analysis on the relationships between water regulation mode of reservoirs and magnitude of ice-flood created and prevention works, and power generation, as well as studies on feasibilities of diversion iceflood into adjacent areas along the lower river, the author suggests that river runoff should be regulated unifily as a whole during ice-run period of the river. Principles and method of unified regulation for Longyangxia, Liujiaxia, and Sanmenxia reservoirs are addressed too.
