试论窟野河和秃尾河沙区产沙的环境、特点及其治理

Trial Discussion on Environment And Characteristics of Yield of Sediment And Its Management of Sand Region on Kuye And Tuwei Rivers

窟野河、秃尾河是黄河中游两条多沙粗沙支流,两河中上游有一面积为6336km^2的沙区,土地沙化日趋严重,而且面积正不断扩大,每年向东南侵移5～10m。风沙不仅给沙区的农业和工矿业生产造成危害,而且也增加了输入黄河的泥沙。经过几十年的努力,治理程度已达19.3%,并且积累了一些成功的治理经验。当前除继续治理外,应重点预防人为活动造成的水土流失。

On the middle and upper streams of Kuye and Tuwei rivers, that are hyper-concentrated coarse sediment tributaries located on the middle reaches of the Huanghe River, there is a sand region with an area of 6336km^2. The sand region is becoming worse day by day, the area is enlarging andmoving 5～10m towards southeast annually. Karaburan hasnot only damaged the production of agriculture, industry and mining industry of the region, but also increased the amount of sediment transported into the Huanghe River. After several decades hard work, 19.3% of the area has been controlled and some successful experiences on management accumulated. At present, the stress should be put on preventing soil and water loss caused by man-made activities besides continuing management.
