摘要
为了加强国有集团企业的财务管理 ,实现资本的保值与增值 ,有必要实施集权式财务管理。实施集权式财务管理必须采取一些有效的措施。
In order to strengthen financial management of state-owned(groups) enterprises,realize capital to be assured and increased,it is necessary to practise financial management of centralization.Some effective measures must be adopted in practising financial management of centralization.
