摘要
本文分析了工业化与城市化的内在关联性和唇齿相依的演进历程。揭示了乡镇企业离散型空间布局导源的理论、制度、与现实背景，并主要以浙江的经验事实为依据，刻画了乡镇企业发展和城市化发展的良性互动过程和前瞻性的远景。
This article analyses the developing course and the relationship between industrialization and urbanization reveal the background of theory, institution and reality that cause the scattered distribution of rural enterprises. mainly based on the empirical fact of Zhejiang.
