摘要
本文在阐述现代企业委托代理关系及由此产生的代理成本的基础上 ,着重分析了企业理财过程中代理成本的表现 ,并提出控制代理成本的措施———激励与监督并举。
s:The paper first elaborates the commission-agent relation of modern enterprises and the agent cost arising therefrom,then on this base,the paper emphatically analyses manifestations in the course of enterprise conducting financial transactions,and puts forward measures of controlling agent cost-both encouragement and supervision.
