本文从保险经纪人制度的理论入手 ,讨论我国保险经纪人制度的现状 ,并对其未来的发展作出预测 ,提出建议。本文以 WTO和中国保险经纪人制度的关系为主要分析对象 ,着重指出我国保险经纪人诞生的特殊性 ,并进而分析其在现阶段的发展具有跳跃性和被动性。同时指出 WTO作为强大外力将通过促使保险市场的成熟和完善 ,间接作用于保险经纪业 ,给其提供活动的大舞台 ,提出巨大的挑战和机遇。
