As China quickens its step toward WTO,the malpractices in foreign trade SOEs have increasingly emerged. The impact the SOEs face has been more and more forceful.In order to gain an invincible position in the international competition and on the basis of careful analysis of the current situation and existing environment of foreign trade SOEs,appropriate reform must be enforced.
