Research of Weaving High Warp Density Silk Fabrics on Flexible Rapier Loom

研究了高经密丝织物在挠性剑杆织机上织制时产生纬丝拉毛圈问题的原因 ,通过优化织造工艺参数、改进剑头结构 ,对常见的、具有不同组织、不同纬丝的高经密丝织物品种进行了探讨 ,找到了解决问题的有效途径。

The reasons of looped weft of high warp density silk fabrics woven on flexible rapier loom are analyzed. By optimizing process parameters and improving the structure of gripper head, several common high warp density silk fabrics of different fabric texture and weft are investigated and the best solution to the problem is found.
