颈前路减压植骨Zephir钢板系统内固定术在脊髓型颈椎病治疗中的应用

Anterior cervical decompression and fusion with Zephir fixating system for cervical spondylotic myelopathy

目的 :探讨 Zephir颈前路钢板系统在脊髓型颈椎病手术治疗中的应用价值。方法 :对 34例脊髓型颈椎病患者行颈前路开槽式扩大减压植骨 Zephir钢板系统内固定术。术后进行 6～ 11个月 (平均 7个月 )随访。 结果 :术后症状明显缓解 ,脊髓功能明显恢复者占 91.2 % (31/34)。术后 6个月植骨融合率达到 10 0 %。无钢板和螺钉松动及断裂现象存在。结论 :应用颈前路开槽式扩大减压植骨 Zephir钢板系统内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病具有减压彻底、植骨牢靠、可获得术后颈椎即刻稳定、术后无需行石膏固定和显著提高植骨融合率等优点。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) treated with decompression, fusion and Zephir anterior cervical system (Zephir). Methods:Thirty four patients with CSM underwent anterior decompression, fusion and internal fixation with Zephir. All patients were followed up for 6 to 11 months (mean 7 months). Results:Neurological deficits were significantly improved in 31 of 34 cases postoperatively. A stable bony fusion according to radiological criteria was achieved in all cases 6 months postoperatively. There was no implants break or loosening. Conclusion:For patient with CSM, anterior decompression, fusion and internal fixation with Zephir can obtain immediate stability of cervical spine and a high rate of successful bony fusion.
