摘要
我国抗震鉴定标准采用二级鉴定方法 ,针对第二级鉴定中的楼层综合抗震能力指数法编制了计算程序 ,通过与第一级鉴定相结合可对钢筋混凝土框架进行抗震鉴定。对不符合要求的框架可针对其中柱和梁选用加大截面法、钢构套法或粘钢法进行加固 ,程序可推荐一套柱和梁的加固方案 ,也可由用户给出柱和梁的加固方案。对加固后的框架采用楼层综合抗震能力指数法进行结构抗震验算 ,通过与加固规程中的有关规定和用户的实际工程经验相结合 ,可对钢筋混凝土框架进行较为准确、快速的抗震加固设计。软件采用了C + +语言和面向对象的编程技术 。
In our country,seismic evaluation of existing structure is carried on by using two|step methods.Based on the method of seismic composite index in the second step of the seismic evaluation criterion,a computer program specially used for seismic evaluation of reinforced concrete frame and seismic strengthening of columns and beams is developed in the paper.The program has a friendly human|computer interface.With the help of the first step of seismic evaluation,the program could be used to finish the job of seismic evaluation of reinforced concrete frame and seismic strengthening of columns and beams accurately and fast.In the program,three strengthening methods can be selected,that is increasing section,bonding angles steel and adhering steel plate.The strengthening scheme could either be recommended by the program or be given by users.
