摘要
鉴于目前国内尚无评价混凝土材料耐磨性的标准以及在许多情况下不具备进行混凝土标准耐磨性试验的条件 ,本文在自行设计混凝土耐磨试验的基础上全面分析了粉煤灰掺量、砂率、水胶比、硅粉等因素对道路粉煤灰HPC耐磨性能的影响 ,取得了很好的效果。这无疑对粉煤灰HPC耐磨性的研究具有重要的参考价值 ,对道路水泥混凝土的配合比设计也有一定的指导意义。
According to no domestic evaluation criterion of concrete wear resistance at present and lack of the standard test condition at lots of circumstances,the effects of fly ash content,sand proportion,water cementing material ratio,silica fume and other factors on weare resistance of highway fly ash HPC are analyzed comprehensively,based on the tests designed by ourselves.Good results are achieved.Unvoubtedly,it has a very important reference value in research on wear resistance of fly ash HPC,as well as some guiding significance in mix design of highway cement concrete.
