摘要
混凝土的无损检测是混凝土质量控制的一个重要方面。本文根据现拌和预拌混凝土的配制特点 ,分别拌制C10、C2 0、C30 C40等级的混凝土 ,在 14天和 2 8天龄期进行回弹和抗压强度试验 ,对试验数据进行回归分析和统计分析。结果表明 ,现拌和预拌混凝土回弹—强度曲线存在显著差异。差异的大小与混凝土的强度等级有关。在检测预拌混凝土的强度时 ,应考虑到这种差异。
The undestructive test of concrete is the important aspect in concrete quality control.On the features of field-mixed and ready-mixed concrete,the concrete of C10,C20,C30,C40 strength grades was compounded respectively.At age of 14 and 28 days,rebound tests and compressive tests were performed.Regressive and statistical analyses were carried out on the experimental data.The result shows there is obvious differences in two curves,which have comething to do with concrete strength grades.It should be considered in examining the strength of ready-mixed concrete.
