摘要
真空辅助压浆工艺的原理是在普通压浆工艺基础上 ,采用真空泵排除孔内空气 ,使孔道内形成负压0.1MPa的真空度 ,然后再压浆。对压浆材料的配制也做了重大改进 ,降低了水灰比 ,使压浆取得饱满密实的效果。在南京长江二桥索塔施工中 ,首次引进了这项新技术并获得成功。
Principle of vacuum aid grouting technology is based on common grouting process,using vacuum pump to absorb air in tiny cavity,forming 0.1MPa minus pressure and then grouting.In addition,the preparation of grouting mixture is much improved - water cement ratio is lowered, so that the concrete became full and compacted.This new technology is firstly introduced into use in construction of Second Bridge of Yangzi River,Nanjing and successfully.
