本文对新经济时代的特征，当代水泥工业与高新科技的关系及其发展趋向和目标，进行了全面深入的论述。从经济、技术和管理等诸多方面阐述了前瞻性的理念，提出了当代水泥工业的环保补偿及网络型企业应定位于“六零一负”的观点。
The unique features of New Economy Era and the relationship between modern cement industry and high－tech as well as the development tendency and the targets of contemporary cement industry have been illustrated． Several foremosting and edge－catting ideas that related to economy technology and management have been recommended and implemented． A concept of ″Six Zero One Negative″ for the environmental protection compensation and network type enterprise has been stipuleted as the proper positioning of contemporary cement industry．
