清洁生产是指将综合预防的环境策略持续应用于生产过程和产品中 ,以便减少对人类和环境的风险性。通过进行技术、经济、环境效益的综合评价 ,确定最合理的清洁生产方案。具体地说 ,就是选用价效比高的染化料、助剂 ,优化染整加工工艺 ,改进管路、设备 ,加强计量管理、提高打样一次成功率。采取上述措施 ,使月产污量由 4 0 0 0kgCODCr降到 30 0 0kgCODCr。

Clean production refers to applying the enviromental tactics of comprehensive prevention in the production course and products for the sake of reducing hazard both to humen and enviroment. A most reasonable production scheme has been set forward according to a all sided evaluation on the benefits in technique,economy and enviroment.Measures taken in this scheme includes using chemicals and auxilliaries with a high performance cost ratio in an optimized dyeing and finishing process; improving pipe line and equipment; strengthening measuring management and improving the once through achievement quotient of sampling. With the above measures adopted, the enviromental pollution has been improved by decreasing the pollutant from 4000 Kg CODcr monthly to 3000 Kg.
