摘要
活性染料染色一次成功的关键在于控制浴比。全电脑控制的设备可控制进水量使之与小样保持相同的浴比。传统的设备可用比重计 (密度计 )测染液的比重的方法控制浴比。针织内衣的成衣染色 ,采用元明粉、纯碱先加法染色工艺。其优点是 :可以保持整个染色过程中工艺条件的稳定 ,保持浴比不变 ,缩短流程。通过控制浴比和严格执行工艺条件 。
To achieve a perfect result in once through reactive dyeing process, the key point lies in the control of technological condition, especially in the bath ratio. In the garment dyeing of knitted underwear here introduced, sodium sulfate and soda is added before all others. With this process, a stable technological condition and a constant bath ratio in the whole process is kept; a number of intermediate links in operation reduced. In completely computerized equipment, the quantity of water input can be controlled to ensure a same bath ratio with the reference sample. While in traditional equipment, a same bath ratio can be achieved by matching the specific weight of practical production with that of hand sample through testing the specific density of dyeing liquor with a densimeter. Therefore, the once through dyeing process will be certain a success as long as the technological condition and the bath ratio is controlled strictly.
