The Estimation for Yarn Consumption Ratio in the Technological Design of Weft knitted Reversible Jacquard Fabric

提花织物工艺设计中的用纱比确定一直是摆在技术人员面前的一道难题。文中从纬编双面提花织物的组织结构分析入手 ,提出采用织物平面投影面积来估算色纱用纱比这一观点 ,并用实例加以证明 ,结果较为准确。

It has been a difficult problem for technical personnel to estimate the yarn consumption ratio in the technological design of jacquard fabric. Proceed from the analysis on the construction of weft knitted reversible jacquard fabric, a concept that estimating the ratio by means of fabrics plane shadow area is proposed and has been proved through examples with accurate results. A practical and effective measure is thus attained for reducing the waste of oloured yarn in sample production and for the technological analysis in processing according to investors samples.
