Determining Knitting Technology for Woolen Sweater by Means of Proportional Coefficient Method

毛衫生产中最常用的是纬平针组织 ,许多款式规格的羊毛衫 ,均有较成熟的纬平针组织的编织工艺。一件羊毛衫 ,只要其款式规格不变 ,便可以利用不同组织与纬平针组织之间纵横向密度的比例关系 ,以及已有的纬平针组织毛衫的成熟工艺来简单方便地确定各种组织结构毛衫的编织工艺。

Weft plain construction is usually used for woolen sweaters and knitting technologies for these products with various fashions and sizes have been available. Therefore, for sweater with a certain fashion and size but different structure, the knitting technology can be simply determinted through the proportional relation in transverse and longitudinal density between plain weft construction and others in accordance with the ready used technology for plain structures. Analysis and comparison is made for the determination of knitting technologies of sweaters by means of traditional method and proportional coefficient method.
