论述了林业产业基地建设工程的特点,速生丰产用材林基地建设规划的构想和实施中存在的问题,提出了大力发展速生丰产用材林的政策建议。
The characteristics of the construction of forest bases, a tentative plan for the construction of fast growing timber bases and theproblems in carrying out the plan are discussed, and the suggestions for the development of fast growing and high yield timber forests are putforward in the paper.
