佳木斯纸业集团是我国唯一全部用长纤维针叶材制浆,辅之以阔叶浆制造工业包装纸的企业。为实现企业“三个五年计划”目标,达到良性循环,使原料达到可持续供给,建设大规模的造纸林基地势在必行。本文介绍了佳纸集团从长远着眼,编制的2001年至2015年造纸原料林规划,重点叙述了2001年至2003年的规划。

Jiamusi Paper Co., Ltd. (Group) is the only enterprise in China to make pulp wholly from long fiber coniferous wood and makedunnage paper with the addition of pulp from broad leaf wood. In order to realize the three Five-year Plans, attain the positive cycle andreach the sustained supply of raw materials, it is necessary to build a large scale paper making forest base. The paper introduces the 2001-2015Plan for the paper making raw material forest base with the preference on the plan from 2001 to 2003.
