摘要
本文介绍了岳阳纸业集团90年代初从Andritz公司引进的一套75吨/日APMP生产线的工艺流程、主要设备特征及生产情况。通过调整工艺条件,光散射系数由33～35m2/kg提高到44m2/kg以上,NaOH和H2O2的用量由8%降至5%,吨浆成本由3500元降至2300元。
The process, main equipment characteristics and production of a 75t/d Italian Poplar APMP Line introduced from AndritzCompany are introduced in the paper. Through the adjustment of process conditions, the light scattering coefficient has been increased from33~35m2/kg to 44m2/kg and upwards, the consumption of NaOH and H2O2 has been reduced from 8% to 5% and the cost per ton has beenreduced from $3500 to $2300.
