摘要
介绍了圆柱腔式微波杀菌机的主要结构和相关技术参数 ,分析了主要部件的设计 ,通过袋装鲜牛奶的杀菌试验进行了性能验证 ,最后给出整机主要技术参数和结果分析。
The major structure and its parameters of the cylinder cavity microwave sterilizing machine were introduced and the design of the major parts were studied.The performances of the machine were confirmed through the bag-packed of the fresh sterilizing test.The major parameters and the result of the machine were obtained.
