摘要
主要介绍了低聚乳果糖促进双歧杆菌的增殖、抑制有害物质的产生、低热值、难消化、预防龋齿等疾病的生理功能特性 ,讨论了低聚乳果糖的生物合成机理。并就低聚乳果糖的结构、工业化生产工艺及其应用作了简单介绍。
