摘要
目的 探讨磷脂酶A2 在腰腿痛发病中的作用。方法 在大鼠的硬膜外腔注射磷脂酶A2 ,然后观察大鼠后肢的运动功能并对热刺激回缩潜伏期及机械刺激回缩阈值进行测定。结果 大鼠在磷脂酶A2 注射的早期 ( 3~ 9d)出现较明显的运动功能障碍 ,然后逐渐恢复正常 ,早期 ( 3~ 6d)出现热刺激回缩潜伏期缩短及机械刺激回缩阈值降低 ,晚期表现为热刺激回缩潜伏期延长及机械刺激回缩阈值升高。结论 硬膜外腔注射磷脂酶A2 能使大鼠的痛觉行为产生明显的变化 ,它可能在椎间盘突出症患者腰腿痛的发病中起重要的作用。
Objective To elucidate the effects of phospholipase A 2 in the pathomechanism of low back and leg pain.Method Phospholipase A 2 was injected into the cavum epidurale, then hinder limb motor function , thermal withdrawal latency and mechanical withdral threshold was measured.Result After injection, the rats appear mild motor dysfunction in the early time,then return to nomal gradually. The thermal withdrawal latency was shortened and mechanical withdrawal threshold was reduced in the early time.The thermal withdraw latency prolong and mechanical withdral threshold increased in the later period.Conclusions Injecting phospholipase A 2 into cavum epidurale can result in significant change on the rat`s pain related behavior, it may play an important role in the pathomechanisms of low back and leg pain.
