摘要
目的 :观察生脉注射液、尼莫通及二者联合应用对家兔实验性肠缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 :夹闭肠系膜上动脉 90分钟后松夹 ,复制家兔肠缺血再灌注模型。动物随机分为 :A.假手术组 ;B.模型组 ;C.尼莫通治疗组 ;D.生脉注射液治疗组 ;E.生脉注射液 +尼莫通治疗组。结果 :(1)再灌注后各实验组平均动脉压显著下降 ,下降幅度以 D、E组最小 ,B组最大 (观察终点组间 F=15 .5 4,P<0 .0 1) ;(2 )再灌注后各实验组心率显著减慢 ,减慢程度以 D、E组最小 ,C组最大 (观察终点组间 F =8.38,P<0 .0 1) ;(3)门静脉血内毒素含量在 C、D、E组均低于模型组 (F=10 .30 ,P<0 .0 1) ,但与假手术组比较 ,仅 E组无显著差异 ;(4 )小肠病理组织学损害程度B组 >C组 >D、E组 ,A组正常。结论 :生脉注射液和尼莫通能显著减轻家兔肠缺血再灌注后低血压及小肠组织学损害 ,降低门静脉血内毒素含量 ,二者联用效果更好 ,并能逆转尼莫通减慢心率的效应。
Objective:To observe the effects of Shengmai injection(生脉注射液),nimoton and the combination of the two agents on experimental intestinal ischemiareperfusion injury in rabbits.Methods:Intestinal ischemiareperfusion injury model was prepared by clamping superior mesenteric artery for 90 minutes period and then relaxing the clamp.The animals were randomly divided into five groups:group A(sham control),group B(model control),group C(nimoton treatment),group D(Shengmai injection treatment)and group E(Shengmai injection + nimoton treatment).Results:(1) The mean arterial blood pressure after reperfusion decreased significantly in all groups except sham control,but the descents were comparatively mild in group D and E,severe in group B ( F =15 54, P <0 01 at the end of observation ).(2) The heart rate after reperfusion slowed down in all groups except sham control,and the degree of drop were mild in group D and E,severe in group C ( F =8 38, P <0 01 at the end of observation).(3) The portal vein blood endotoxin content were lower in group C,D and E as compared with model control ( F =10 30, P <0 01 ),but when compared with sham control,only group E had no significance ( P >0 05).(4) The histopathological manifestation of small intestine was normal in group A,severely damaged in group B,moderately injured in group C,and mildly injured in group D and E.Conclusions:Both Shengmai injection and nimoton may attenuate hypotension and histopathological injury,decrease portal vein blood endotoxin content after intestinal ischemiareperfusion in rabbits.It was showed that the effects may be better when combined the two agents,and the combination may reverse the slowdown effect by nimoton alone.
