生脉注射液对非高血压性急性缺血性脑卒中血管紧张素和心钠素的影响

Influences of Shengmai injection(生脉注射液) on angiotensin and cardionatrin in the patients with acute cerebral infarction and not complicated hypertension

目的 :观察生脉注射液对非高血压性急性缺血性脑卒中患者血管紧张素 、 (Ang 、 )和心钠素的影响。方法 :70例非高血压性急性缺血性脑卒中患者 ,随机分为生脉注射液治疗组 (4 0例 )和血塞通注射液对照组 (30例 ) ,2组均于治疗前后测定 Ang 、Ang 、心钠素和血压 ,并评定疗效。结果 :Ang 、Ang 和心钠素治疗前 2组无显著性差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ;经过治疗后治疗组血管紧张素下降和心钠素上升均较对照组明显 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ,且治疗组血压有明显上升 ;临床总有效率治疗组 (90 .3% )明显高于对照组 (77.5 % ) ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :生脉注射液对缺血性脑卒中有调节血管紧张素、心钠素的分泌和提高血压的作用 ,通过增加脑血流量灌注 ,改善缺血脑组织的血液供应 ,有利于变性脑细胞的恢复。

Objective:To observe the influences of angiotensinⅠ,angiotensinⅡ and cardionatrin of the acute cerebral infarction and not complicated hypertension patients cured with Shengmai injection(生脉注射液).Methods:Seventy cases with acute cerebral infarction and not complicated hypertension were divided randomly into treatment group( n =40) treated with Shengmai injection,and control group( n =30) treated with Xuesaitong injection(血塞通注射液).Quantity of plasmatic angiotensinⅠ,angiotensinⅡ,cardionatrin and the blood pressure of patients were measured respectively before and after thearpy,and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results:There were not obvious difference of quantity of plasmatic angiotensinⅠ,angiotensinⅡ and cardionatrin between two groups before treatment (all P >0 05).But the levds of decreased of angiotensin and increased of cardionatrin in the treatment group were more obviously than those in control group (all P <0 05),and the pressure raised distinctly in the treatment group.The total effective rate in the treatment group (90 3%) was obviously superior to the control group (77 5%), P <0 05.Conclusions:Shengmai injection can regulate secretion of plasmatic angiotensin and cardionatrin and rise pressure.So it creates blood irrigating of cerebral tissue,which are in advantage of recovering denatured cells.
