黄精四草汤加味治疗缺血性脑血管疾病疗效观察

Observation on curative effects of supplemented Rnizoma Polygonati Sicao decoction(黄精四草汤加味) on the patients with ischemic brain damage

目的 :观察黄精四草汤加味治疗缺血性脑血管疾病的临床疗效。方法 :40例缺血性脑血管疾病患者 ,均用黄精四草汤 (由黄精、夏枯草、益母草、车前子、豕希莶草、水蛭、丹参、川牛膝、人工牛黄、地龙、全蝎组成 )灵活随证加减治疗 ,以 15日为 1个疗程 ,治疗 3个疗程后判断临床疗效。结果 :40例患者治疗后 ,显效率为 75 % ,总有效率为 90 % ,与治疗前比较有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。全部患者均无不良反应。结论 :早期应用黄精四草汤加味治疗缺血性脑血管疾病 ,可减轻患者脑缺血再灌注损伤 ,改善局部血液供应 ,促进血液循环 ,提高临床治愈率 ,降低病死率。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of supplemented Rnizoma Polygonati Sicao decoction(黄精四草汤加味) on the patients with ischemic brain damage.Methods:Fourty patients were treated with Rnizoma Polygonati Sicao decoction 〔such as agestache(Huangjing,黄精),prunella(Xiakucao,夏枯草),leonurus(Yimucao,益母草),plantain seed(Cheqianzi,车前子),siegesbeckia herb(Xixiancao, 豕希 莶草),leech(Shuizhi,水蛭),rad sage root(Dansen,丹参),sihuan cyathula root(Chuanniuxi,川牛膝),bezoar(Niuhuang,人工牛黄),earthworm(Dilong,地龙),scorpion(Quanxie,全蝎)〕,added or decreased according to the symptoms,15 days as a courses of treatment.The clinical effects were evaluated after three courses of treatment.Results:The marked effective rate of treating was 75% and the effective rate was 90% after treatment in the 40 patients .The difference was more significant statistically than that of before ( P <0 05 or P <0 01),and there was not side effect in all patients.Conclusions:By early using Rnizoma Polygonati Sicao decoction in treating ischemic brain damage can reduce reperfusion injury,improve partial blood supply,promote blood circulation,elevate clinical curative effect,and cut down mortality.
