单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的无环鸟苷治疗

Herpes simplex encephalitis treated by acyclovir

目的 评价无环鸟苷对单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的疗效。方法 以 46例单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎诸项指标变化来分析无环鸟苷的疗效。结果 无环鸟苷治疗后 ,本病症状缓解 ,部分临床检查结果好转 ,病死率降低。结论 无环鸟苷对本病的疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of acyclovir used to treat herpes simplex encephalitis.Methods The effect of treatment of acyclovir was analyzed by the changes of some outcomes of examinations of 46 patients with herpes simplex encephalitis.Results After treatment of acyclovir, the clinical manifestations and some outcomes of examinations were recoverable, the mortality was reducible.Conclusion There was a significant effect in that acyclovir was used to treat HSE.
