With the deepening of health reform, competitions in medical market are getting more and more rigorous. As a market subject, the hospital should transform management ideology from the sense of market, the sense of development, and the sense of quality. The hospital also should transform management strategy from the angles of service innovation and expenses control and strengthen both theoretical and practical education on humanistic quality of medical staff so as to increase the competitive ability of hospitals.
