摘要
通过对成都市318名糖尿病患者的随访调查 ,对糖尿病的经济负担进行了科学的测算。针对糖尿病的治疗费用 ,对其影响因素进行了二部模型拟合 ,找出影响糖尿病治疗费用的因素 ,主要有患者的病情、医疗保障形式、经济收入、医院的级别、从业状态和伴随疾病。为有效地控制医疗费用的过快上涨 ,减轻糖尿病的经济负担提供切实可行的防治策略和政策性的建议。
After investigating 318 diabetes mellitus patients in Chengdu city, the economic burden of the patients was calculated. Multiple factors analysis was used for medical expenditure of diabetes mellitus. The data showed that the disease condition, medical insurance pattern, income, hospital grade, employment status and co-existing diseases had significant effect on medical expenditure. To control medical expenditure increasing rapidly and release the economic burden of the patients, the authors suggested some feasible advice.
