新疆维吾尔族学龄前儿童鼻的活体测量及观察

Measurement on the nose among Xinjiang Uygur preschool children

目的 :观察与测量新疆维吾尔族学龄前儿童鼻部的形态及间距 ,为鼻部畸形、缺损的修复和整容及体质人类学、生长 (年龄 )解剖学提供参考依据。方法 :利用活动直脚规和弯脚规对 2 40例 3～ 6岁面部发育正常的儿童鼻部进行鼻全长、鼻背长、鼻高、鼻翼长、鼻翼高、形态面高的测量 ,观察鼻尖、鼻基部、鼻孔、鼻侧面形态及鼻翼沟形态与鼻唇沟的关系。 结果 :观察项目中各项男、女性别间均有明显差异 (P<0 .0 0 1) ;测量项目中各项年龄组间及性别间也有明显差异 ,并以此推出鼻全长与形态面高 ,鼻全长与鼻背长两项回归方程。结论:提供新疆维吾尔族学龄前儿童鼻部活体测量正常值及形态面高与鼻背长两项回归方程。

Objective: By measuring the figure and the breadth of the nose of Xinjiang Uygur preschool children ,it will provide conference of physical anthropology and growth (age) anatomy for revising children's nose deformity and face-lifting.Methods: 240 noses of normally developed faces (male 120, female 120), 3~6 years of age were measured. Results:Percent rate ,standard error of percent error and their significance test were derived from observed item;in the meantime, mean and standard deviation and it's significance test and variation between each age groups were derived from observed item. According to these two regression equations relating to length of nose and morphological facial hight and length of the back of nose were infered from it. Conclusion: Provide normal nasal measurement and two regression eguations on morphological facial hight and length of the back of nose among Xinjiang Uygur preschool children
