肿瘤微血管计数和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子与乳腺癌预后的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的 肿瘤微血管计数和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)是反映肿瘤微血管形成的重要指标。本文研究它们与乳腺癌预后的关系。方法 收集我院近年收治的乳腺癌 3 2例 ,并随访。采用免疫组化LSAB法 ,检测vWf和bFGF在乳腺癌组织中的表达。采用Weidner法进行微血管计数。通过影响生存率的单因素和多因素分析 ,确定影响预后的因素。结果 平均肿瘤微血管计数为 3 6 42。T3+T4与T1+T2 相比 ,肿瘤微血管计数明显增高。肿瘤微血管计数增高对预后有明显影响。bFGF阳性表达率为 68 75 % ,阳性组中肿瘤微血管计数明显增高。bFGF的表达对预后无明显影响。结论 肿瘤微血管计数可作为乳腺癌预后的指标 ,而bFGF在肿瘤形成和肿瘤生长有重要作用但不能作为临床预后的指标。 Objective Tumor microvessel count (MVC) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) are important indexes reflecting tumor angiogenesis.Hence, the relation of them with the prognosis of breast cancer was studied.Methods Tbirty two patients with breast cancer hospitalized between 1988 and 1998 were enrolled and followed up.The expression of bFGF and vWf in the tissues of the breast cancer was detected,using immunohistochemical staining LSAB.The tumor microvessels were counted by Weidner's method.The factors influencing the prognosis of the breast cancers were determined by univariate and multivariate analyses.Results The average MVC was 36.42.MVC was significantly higher when the diameters of tumor exceeded 5 cm.MVC influenced the prognosis more significantly in bFGF positive group,but no effect of bFGF could be seen on the prognosis.Conclusions MVC can be used as an index for prognosing the breast cancer,but can not be used as a clinical index of the prognosis.
