摘要
研究抚触 (touch)对早产儿生长发育的影响。选择没有并发症的早产儿 60名 ,随机分为抚触组和对照组。对抚触组婴儿生后第 1天开始抚触 ,每天 3次 ,每次1 5分钟 ,并于第 1 0天和第 42天测量体重、头围、身长、统计奶量并计算摄入热卡 ,做神经反射测试及听力检查。出生后第 1 0天的体重、头围及身长比较无明显差异 ,P>0 0 5;出生后第 42天 3项结果则抚触组均较对照组增高 ,有明显差异 (P <0 0 5) ;第 1 0和 42天的摄入热卡、血红蛋白、听力检查两组比较均无差异 (P >0 0 5) ;神经反射测试中抚触组第 42天的踏步反射优于对照组 (P <0 0 5)。第 1 0天的 3项神经反射检查及 42天的其他两项检查两组均无明显差异 (P >0 0 5)。结果提示抚触对早产儿的生长发育有明显的促进作用。
To observe the influence of touch on preterm infants growth and development. Touch was given to experiment group(n=30) from the first day to 42th day after birth and 3 fifteen minutes everyday. At the 10th and 42th day, body weight, head circumference, length, Hb, milk intaking was recorded and NBAS, hearing test was asessed to the babies of both experiment group and control group(n=30).Results showed body weight, head circumference, body length record of experiment group(3483.0 ±53.8g, 35.1±1.4cm, 49.8±2.5cm) was significantly higher than that of control group(3226.6± 632.0g, 34.4±1.6cm, 48.5±2.8cm) respectivly at the 42th day (P<0.05), while at the 10th day, no significante diffrence was observed (P>0.05). Between the two groups on the record of calory intaking, Hb, and hearing test at 10th and 42th day, no significant difference was shown (P>0.05). One of three NBAS show significance at 42th day(P>0.05), while others no significance was observed. Therefore, it is believed that touch may help the improvement of preterm infants growth and development.
