摘要
开发无水或少水的印染生产工艺。原棉染色前处理中加SV -1精练剂及染色后采用SV -2膨松剂处理 ,并施以漂液、染液、洗涤液、膨松处理液回收反复使用措施 ,可节约水75%以上、节省染料7%～15%、节省助剂30%～60%、成本降低20%～50% 。
Development of dyeing and printing process consuming no or small amount of water was introduced. In the pretreatment of raw cotton before dyeing scouring agent SV-1 was added. After dyeing, the raw cotton was treated with swelling agent SV-Ⅱ. Recovery and reuse of the bleaching, dyeing, rinsing and swelling treating liquids were conducted so that a reduction of water, dyestuff, auxiliary and production cost respectively 75%, 7%～15%, 30%～60% and 20%～50% has been achieved. The technical specifications of 100% cotton dyed yarn are up to the national standard.
