长时间大强度运动后SD大鼠红细胞免疫功能的变化

A Study on Erythrocyte Immune Function after Prolonged and Intensive Exercise in SD Mice

目的 探讨长时间大强度运动对SD大鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 采用郭峰建立的红细胞免疫检测花环试验的常规方法进行。结果 运动 4周组的红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RBC -C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC -ICR)与安静组相比 ,均有显著性下降 ;运动 8周组的RBC -C3bRR和RBC -ICR与安静组相比也有显著性下降 ,与运动 4周组相比 ,有所下降 ,但无显著性差异。结论 长时间大强度运动对机体的免疫功能 (红细胞免疫 )有抑制作用。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between enythrocyte immune function and prolonged and intensine exercise in SD mice.Methods It was adopted the normal rosette test method by Guo Feng.Results After four weeks exercise the rosette rates of RBC-C 3bRR and RBC-IC significantly decreesed compared with those at rest.After eight weeks exercise the rosette rates of RBC-C 3bR and RBC-IC ware still remarkably lower than those at rest.The two irdexes after eight weeks exercise tended to be slightly lower compared with those after four weeks exercise,the dikkerence did not reach statistical significance.Conclusion The body's immune function (erythrocyte immune)will be inhabited after probonged and intensive exercise. 〔
