电针足三里对大鼠垂体和外周血中脑肠肽含量的影响 被引量:24

摘要 目的 研究电针 (EA)刺激足三里穴对大鼠中枢和外周血中多种脑肠肽含量的影响及其对神经内分泌系统的调节作用 ,并对其中可能的病理生理意义进行了探讨 .方法 将大鼠 2 4只随机分成正常对照组、非经非穴组及足三里组 ,同步观察电针后某些脑肠肽含量的变化 .应用放射免疫法测定脑垂体和外周血中 P物质 (SP)、血管活性肠肽 (VIP)、β-内啡肽 (β- EP)的含量 .结果 电针刺激足三里穴后大鼠脑垂体和外周血中 SP(P<0 .0 1) ,VIP(P<0 .0 1) ,β- EP(P<0 .0 1)的含量增加 ;非经非穴组的各项指标与正常对照组相比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) .中枢和外周血中各种激素的变化均呈显著正相关 (r=0 .82 8,P<0 .0 5 ;r=0 .90 7,P<0 .0 1;r=0 .85 9,P<0 .0 5 ) .同时结果显示 ,外周血中β- EP与 SP及 SP与 VIP之间呈显著负相关 (r=- 0 .936 ,P<0 .0 1;r=- 0 .6 2 3,P<0 .0 5 ) ;β- EP与 VIP之间呈显著正相关 (r=0 .783,P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 电针刺激足三里穴在调控胃肠功能的同时可使脑垂体中合成和释放 SP,VIP,β- EP增多 ,从而使外周血中多种脑肠肽的含量发生变化 。 AIM To investigate regulatory effects of electro acupuncture (EA) at Tsusanli (He Sea point, St 36) on changes in brain gut peptide contents in rats and to explore the regulatory effect of EA on the nerve endocrine system. METHODS The rats were randomized into 3 groups, including the control, the Tsusanli and the non acupoint groups. Changes in ir SP, ir VIP and ir EP contents in the pituitary gland and peripheral blood were determined by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS ir SP, ir VIP and ir EP contents in the pituitary gland and peripheral blood of the rats of the Tsusanl group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P <0.01). After EA at Tsusanli, all brain gut peptide contents in the pituitary gland were obviously positively correlated with those in peripheral blood ( r = 0.828, P <0.05; r =0.907, P <0.01; r =0.859, P < 0.05). At the same time, ir SP contents in peripheral blood were obviously negatively correlated with ir VIP and ir EP content in peripheral blood ( r =-0.936, P <0.01; r = -0.623, P <0.05) whereas ir EP content in peripheral blood were obviously positively correlated with ir VIP content in peripheral blood ( r =0.783, P <0.05). No significant difference was observed between the indexes of non acupoint group and those of the control ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION EA at tsusanli (He Sea Point, St 36) can improve the contents of SP, VIP and β EP in peripheral blood, and its mechanism is probably related to the increased synthesis and release of these brain gut peptide in the pituitary gland, which in turn affects the nerve endocrine system by means of these transmitters.
