人脑转移癌和胶质瘤Ki67蛋白的表达 被引量:3

摘要 目的 观察 Ki6 7在颅内转移癌和胶质瘤中表达及数量变化 .方法 运用免疫组化 SABC法检测人脑 5 0例胶质瘤 (JPA- L GA 15例、AA 15例、GBM 2 0例 )、14例转移癌、2 0例脑膜瘤 (良性 17例、恶性 3例 )中 Ki6 7阳性指数的变化 .正常脑组织标本 3例作为阴性对照 .结果 在颅内肿瘤中 ,JPA- L GA的 Ki6 7L I为 0 .5 1± 0 .49,AA为 4.37± 2 .44 ,GBM为 6 .6 9± 1.79,转移癌为 14.3± 6 .10 ,恶性脑膜瘤为10 .2 1± 6 .2 7,良性脑膜瘤为 0 .5 8± 1.79. JPA- L GA,AA,GBM组间有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) .胶质瘤 - 级与良性脑膜瘤组间无明显差异 (P=0 .892 ) .结论  Ki6 7表达与脑转移癌和胶质瘤细胞增殖活性有关 ,可用以辅助鉴别诊断良恶性病变 ,还可作为评估脑胶质瘤恶性程度的一项参考指标 . AIM To investigate the expression of the Ki67 protein in brain metastases and in glioma, and its correlation with pathological characteristicsof glioma. METHODS Immunohistochemical staining was carried out to detect the expression of Ki67 in 6 cases of normal human brain tissue, 50 cases of gliomas, 14 cases of brain metastases and 20 cases of meningiomas. RESULTS Three normal human brain tissues were negative for expression of Ki67. Ki67 LI (Labeling Index, LI) was 0.51±0.49 in JPA and LGA, 4.3733±2.4444 in AA, 6.69±2.76 in GBM, 14.3±6.1 in brain metastases, 10.21±6.27 in malignant meningiomas and anaplastic meningiomas, and 0.58± 1.79 in benign meningioma, there was a significant difference between them ( P <0.01), but there was no difference of Ki 67 LI in gliomas Ⅰ Ⅱ and benign meningiomas ( P =0.892). CONCLUSION Ki67 LI expression may be related to activity of cell proliferation and be helpful for differentiating benign from malignant tumours. In addition, Ki67 LI may be helpful for grading malignancy.
