摘要
目的 探讨脂蛋白脂酶基因多态性与血脂水平及冠状动脉病变严重程度之间的关系 .方法 采用 PCR- RFL Ps法 ,对西安地区 12 5例行冠状动脉造影的患者 ,进行脂蛋白脂酶基因内含子 6区 Pvu 酶切位点多态性分析 ,依据显著病变 (冠脉腔内狭窄率 >5 0 % )的冠脉支数确定冠状动脉病变严重程度 .结果 脂蛋白脂酶基因 Pvu 多态性与显著病变冠脉数相关 (P=0 .0 39) ,与血浆三酰甘油水平密切相关 (P=0 .0 15 ) .结论 脂蛋白脂酶基因 Pvu 多态性与冠状动脉病变严重程度间存在相关性 。
AIM To explore relationship between one common lipoprotein lipase gene polymorphic marker Pvu Ⅱ at intron 6 and plasma triglyceride levels and the severity of coronary heart disease. METHODS Polymerse chain reaction (PCR RFLP) was used to detect the LPL Pvu Ⅱ polymorphism in 125 patients. We assessed CAD severity as the number of significantly stenosed (>50% luminal obstruction) major coronary arteries at angiography. RESULTS We found a significant association between the Pvu Ⅱ polymorphism and the number of significantly diseased vessels ( P =0.039). There was also a significant relationship between the Pvu Ⅱ polymorphism and levels of triglyceride ( P =0.015). CONCLUSION The lipoprotein lipase polymorphism Pvu Ⅱ is significantly associated with CAD severity, independent of changes in circulating lipid levels. These findings may be relevant to mechanisms mediating atherogenesis.
