多普勒超声心动图肺静脉血流频谱和二尖瓣血流频谱的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨多谱勒超声的肺静脉血流频谱 (PVFP)与二尖瓣血流频谱 (MFP)之间的关系 ,以便更全面、准确地评价左室舒张功能 ,为临床提供有价值的诊断依据。方法 :采用Hp - 2 5 0 0型多功能超声心动图仪 ,检测 78例高血压病患者的多普勒超声的PVFP和MFP。结果 :PVFP参数和MFP参数的直线相关分析结果显示 ,PVFP的Dv及DDT分别与MFP的E及EDT相关良好 (r =0 .6 8,r =0 .6 1) ;PVFP的S/D ,SF及PAd -Ad均与MFP的E/A相关良好 ,相关系数分别为 :r =0 .71,r =- 0 .6 0 ,r =- 0 .5 7。结论 :肺静脉血流和二尖瓣血流从不同角度反映了左室的舒张特性 ,二者结合起来可提供有关左室舒张功能更全面的信息 。 Objective:To study the interconnection between pulmonary venous flow pattern(PVFP)and mitral flow pattern(MFP) so as to value the left ventricular diastolic function and to provide valuable basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods:PVFP and MFP were echocardiographically measured with the HP-2500 multiple functional Doppler echocardiograph in 78 essential hypertensive patients with cardiac dysfuntion.Results:The correlation of main parameters between PVFP and MFP was as follows:DV and DDT of PVFP were significantly correlated with E and EDT of MFP(r=0.68,r=0.61 respectively);S/D,SF and PAd-Ad of PVFP were totally correlated with E/A of MFP(r=-0.71,r=-0.60,and r=-0.57 respectively).Conclusion:Both PVFP and MFP can characteristically reflect left ventricular diastolic function in various respects and provide valuable basis for clinical performance.
