上海铁路地区医疗机构消毒隔离工作的状况与对策

Survey of disinfection work of medical units in Shanghai railway area

目的 了解上海铁路地区医疗机构消毒隔离工作的状况。方法 按照GB15 982 1995、GB15 981 1995、GB15 980 1995和GB15 979 1995的要求进行调查。结果 1997～ 2 0 0 0年上海铁路地区医疗用品细菌总数合格率分别为 92 .5 9%、97.0 6%、99.11%和 98.70 % ,环境物体表面大肠菌群合格率为 95 .2 8%～ 10 0 % ,医疗用品HBsAg合格率均为 10 0 % ,环境物体表面HBsAg合格率分别为 93.10 %、97.12 %、10 0 %和 10 0 % ,使用中消毒液细菌总数、空气细菌总数、紫外线灯的辐射强度、压力蒸汽灭菌器及福尔马林消毒箱消毒效果合格率分别为 98.0 4%～ 10 0 %、80 .46%～ 90 .91%、84.93%～ 10 0 %、88.2 4%～ 10 0 %和 40 .0 0 %～ 80 .77%。结论 上海铁路地区医疗机构消毒隔离效果尚可 ,但需加强室内空气、压力蒸汽灭菌器及福尔马林消毒箱的消毒工作。

Objective To survey the disinfection work of medical units in Shanghai railway area.Methods The survey was accomplished according to GB15982?1995,GB15981?1995,GB15980?1995 and GB15979?1995.Results The rates of total bacteria count from 1997 to 2000 were 92.59%,97.06%,99.11% and 98.70% respectively in medical commodities,the rates of coli-group were 95.28%～100% on objects' surface. The eligible rates of HBsAg from 1997 to 2000 were the same 100% in medical commodities,while 93.10%～100% on objects' surface.From 1997 to 2000,the rates of total bacteria count of disinfectants in use and air were 98.04%～100% and 80.46%～90.91%.The rates of steamer sterilization facilities,formalin infectors and ultraviolet radiation intensities were 88.24 %～100%,40.00%～80.77% and 84.93%～100%.Conclusion The disinfection work in Shanghai railway area is well,but some items such as air disinfection,sterilization effect of steamer sterilization facilities and disinfection effect of formalin infectors should be improved.
