摘要
为发挥 Sm2 Fe1 7Nx 高温性能好的特点 ,探索了一种制取块状 Sm2 Fe1 7Nx 磁体的新思路 ,即先制备 Sm2 Fe1 7多孔烧结体 ,然后将烧结体在低温下氮化。初步实验得到了磁能积为6.69k J/ m3的 Sm2 Fe1 7Nx 永磁体 ,表明这是一条很有前途的制取高性能 Sm2 Fe1 7Nx
A new route was suggested to prepare bulk Sm 2Fe 17 N x magnets. A bulk Sm 2Fe 17 N x magnet could be obtained through nitriding of porous sintered Sm 2Fe 17 . The (BH) max of obtained magnet is about 6.69kJ/m 3. It is shown that this method is a promising process to prepare bulk Sm 2Fe 17 N x magnet with good properties.
