摘要
本文主要介绍了二极管的SPICE基本模型及其模型参数的优化提取方法 ,简要设计并实现了Windows平台下的一个二极管SPICE模型参数优化提取软件。软件提取的流程基于Levenberg -Marquardt法和牛顿法等优化提取算法。
This paper discusses the normal diode SPICE model and the methods of parameter optimized extraction. Then it proposes a solution of parameter optimized extraction of the diode SPICE model, which is under the operation platform of Windows. The software uses the Levenberg-Marquardt method and the Newton method as the two main algorithms in order to optimize the course of parameter extraction .
