详细地阐述了 CMOS图像传感芯片的原理 ,并就 CMOS图像传感芯片中存在的图像固定噪声、暗电流及溢出模糊问题给出了解决方法和对策。同时 ,对 CMOS和 CCD芯片进行了比较 ,论述了 CMOS图像传感芯片的优势和发展方向。
The principle of CMOS imaging chip is described.Problems with the chip are addressed, such as fixed pattern noise (FTP), dark current and blooming, and solutions to these problems are proposed.A comparison is made between CMOS imaging chip and its CCD counterpart.Advantages of the CMOS imaging chip is dealt with, and the developing trend of the device is discussed
